Company: Whenever this policy mentions "Company," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Refurbifi Trading Establishment. The Company is responsible for handling your information in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Customer: This term pertains to the company, organization, or individual that registers to use the Refurbifi.com marketplace for managing relationships with their sellers.

Website: The "Website" refers to Refurbifi's site, accessible through the following URL: Refurbifi.com

Device: A "Device" encompasses any internet-connected device, such as a smartphone, tablet, computer, or any other device capable of accessing Refurbifi.com and utilizing its services.

Service: "Service" denotes the services provided by Refurbifi.com, as detailed in the corresponding terms (if available) and on this platform.

You: "You" signifies an individual or entity that has registered with Refurbifi.com for the purpose of using its Marketplace and Services.

These definitions and key terms are intended to provide clarity and understanding throughout this Return & Refund Policy.

Returning Your Order

After receiving your order, you have a 10-day window to initiate a return to the seller. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us; we're here to assist you every step of the way.

Please open a case from within your account:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on "Orders"
  3. Click on your "Order ID"
  4. Click on "Request a replacement or refund" and follow the instructions.

Key Points to Remember:

  • If you've received the wrong or defective item, are missing accessories, you can return it free of charge
  • If you've had a change of heart about your purchase, you can still return it, albeit with a deduction of a 20% restocking fee along with applicable shipping charges, which may amount to a maximum of 150 SAR.
  • If you believe that your item was damaged during transit, please inform us on the day of its receipt.
  • Regarding New Items, Refurbifi will replace devices with a manufacturing defect (non-software) with a similar item within 3 days of purchase date based on the following condition:
    • Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse. 
    • Original packing along with the box, user manuals and accessories must be returned with the device. 
    • A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
    • New Items are only eligible for return if they are in sealed packing and original condition.

What About Returns After the First 10 Days?

At times, problems may only surface after extended use, which is why we offer a 1-year warranty that commences from the date of purchase, providing coverage for hardware defects.

Please note that the warranty does not cover regular wear and tear (such as a decrease in battery capacity), significant impact damage, or oxidation (liquid damage). Additionally, the warranty becomes void if your item is tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the original seller.

Additional Considerations When Returning Your Order

Before returning your item, please remember to perform a factory reset to remove all personal data. Also, don't forget to take out your SIM card and include all the original accessories that came with the item, such as the charger and cords.
