What Can You Expect Regarding Your Device's Condition?

At refurbifi, we place a premium on meticulous testing and refurbishment to ensure the reliability of our rejuvenated products. Our sellers adhere to our stringent Quality Charter and uphold our rigorous standards to guarantee your satisfaction. 

In pursuit of greater transparency, we've introduced a grading system that accurately reflects the visual condition of items available on refurbifi. It's important to note that, regardless of its appearance grade—Fair, Good, or Excellent—every device is assured to be 100% functional.

Excellent 

This grade signifies a device in a condition akin to new. You might find very faint micro-scratches on the body, which are virtually invisible from a distance of 8 inches or more. Devices with screens in this category will be devoid of any scratches.

Good

Devices in this category exhibit minimal signs of wear. The body may have slight micro-scratches, discernible only from a distance of about 20 inches or more, roughly an arm's length. Screens on these devices will be free of any scratches.

Fair

Devices categorized as "Fair" show signs of wear with a few visible scratches and dents, which do not impact performance. For devices with screens, there may be light scratches that are slightly visible when the device is turned on.

Why Don't We Provide Actual Device Photos?

Every refurbifi device has a history, making it challenging to depict its exact condition accurately through photos. However, if you receive your item and prefer a different condition, you have the option to return it within the initial 10 days. Upon your request, we can furnish actual pictures of the product. Simply click on the WhatsApp icon on the homepage and provide the details of the device to request the images.

What If the Item Doesn't Match the Grade I Ordered?

Should your device's appearance not align with the condition description, you can initiate a service request with the refurbisher by accessing your customer account, selecting "My orders," and clicking on "Ask for help." To expedite the process, please include photos of the device from various angles in your service request. We commit to responding within one business day to arrange an exchange or refund according to your preference.

How Are Devices Cleaned and Refurbished?

Each item on our platform undergoes a thorough cleaning, testing, and certification process conducted by professional refurbishers. Devices are reset to factory settings and wiped clean to remove any previous personal data, ensuring a brand-new user experience. Furthermore, all batteries, whether in smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc., are guaranteed to maintain at least 85% of their original capacity.

If you ever find yourself dissatisfied with a device purchased on our site, remember that you have 30 days to return the item and request a full refund. Your happiness is our foremost concern!
